Kris is the founder of VIV Mental Health, and a dynamic speaker on topics such as men's mental health, suicide loss, workplace mental health, and lived experience (houselessness, surviving suicide, and living with mental illness). Kris is also a professional musician and comedian who employs a blend of inspiring authenticity and entertainment to deliver meaningful, thought-provoking mental health presentations.Kristopher Marks
