About the event

MONDAY: QIGONG 

Qigong is a system of body-posture and movement, breathwork and meditation - and uses light exercise to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit.

Facilitated by Randi with Peace in the Forest Wellness Studio

TUESDAY: YOGA

A series of slow movements and deep breathing to help increase blood flow, and bring awareness to our minds and our bodies.

Facilitated by Kirsten with Refresh Wellness Studio

WEDNESDAY: BOOK READING

Sit in and listen to the calming voice of the sweetest librarian in the world, as she reads soothing stories. Plus, make an adorable bookmark to take home.

THURSDAY: PUPPIES

There's nothing a good puppy snuggle can't fix... Stop by and see our furry friends!

FRIDAY: PAINTING 

Create a simple yet beautiful mountainscape paint-by-number kit. We've carefully chosen this piece so anyone can join us - even if you're not artistic!
