About the event
MONDAY: QIGONG
Qigong is a system of body-posture and movement, breathwork and meditation - and uses light exercise to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit.
Facilitated by Randi with Peace in the Forest Wellness Studio
TUESDAY: YOGA
A series of slow movements and deep breathing to help increase blood flow, and bring awareness to our minds and our bodies.
