The Christmas season is upon us and we're looking forward to spreading a little extra joy. - We hope you'll join us!
Formerly known as Secret Santa,
we've made some slight adjustments and are excited to welcome back
The Christmas Giving Tree
How It Works:
Donors
You'll find a number of Giving Trees at local business around town (locations provided below). From there, you'll take an anonymous tag that includes an age and interests for that child. You'll then purchase a gift for the individual on your chosen tag and bring the new, unwrapped gift to the FCSS office.
** please have gifts purchased and dropped off at the FCSS Office by December 12 @ 4:30pm**
If you're wanting to make a monetary donation, which will help cover the costs of grocery store vouchers for a hearty Christmas meal, you can do so through our event partner,
The Wetaskiwin Salvation Army.
Families
You'll find a link to the online application above (closes December 8). Grocery vouchers will be available on December 15 and toys with vouchers will be available for pick-up on December 18 at the Wetaskiwin Salvation Army (5102 50 Ave).
